इस नोटिस द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि आर्य समाज बाज़ार सीता राम, दिल्ली की वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) निम्नलिखित विवरण के अनुसार आयोजित की जाएगी:

सभा का कार्यसूची (एजेंडा):
1. वैदिक प्रार्थना के साथ सभा का उद्घाटन।
2. पिछली वार्षिक साधारण सभा की कार्यवाही की पुष्टि।
3. वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन (Annual Report) का प्रस्तुतीकरण एवं अनुमोदन।
4. वित्तीय वर्ष के लेखा-परीक्षित (Audited) खातों का प्रस्तुतीकरण एवं अनुमोदन।
5. आर्य समाज की भावी योजनाओं एवं गतिविधियों पर चर्चा।
6. अध्यक्ष की अनुमति से कोई अन्य विषय।
7. धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव।
विशेष टिप्पणी:
निर्धारित गणपूर्ति (Quorum) पूर्ण न होने की स्थिति में सभा 15 मिनट के लिए स्थगित कर दी जाएगी, जिसके पश्चात उपस्थित सदस्य ही गणपूर्ति माने जाएंगे और सभा की कार्यवाही आगे बढ़ाई जाएगी।
सभी सदस्यों से विनम्र अनुरोध है कि वे सभा में उपस्थित होकर विचार-विमर्श में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लें।
